Sauertracker stats added to website

Hello everyone,

I added sauertracker custom profile stats for each client.

Thanks to ZahariaHome for the idea!

If you click on the member avatar in a forum post, you can now see their stats in game, tracked live on every Sauerbraten server.

Note: the stats tracking is currently not supported on mobile devices. Please visit www.sauertracker.net if you wish to keep track of your statistics on mobile devices.
